How Did We Get Started?

The Redemption Project (RP)was founded in January of 2019. During our inaugural year we researched the need, industry gaps and developing key programs addressing the gaps centered around mentoring and training minority business owners. We formed an outstanding operating staff along with high caliber board members and advisory team. Our staff and team fully understand the challenges of minority run business and have firsthand knowledge of operating in the space as business owners or high-level management in multiple industries small or large. RP’s operational team has more than 20 + years of experience across entrepreneurship, business development, technology, banking, finance and real estate in multiple industries and markets. We provide entrepreneurship training, financial literacy, (including understanding credit), business startup readiness preparation and mentoring.
