Today I just want to take a moment to say THANK YOU to one of our amazing volunteers. 💙

People often see the events, the pictures, and the finished results, but they don’t always see the people working behind the scenes giving their time, energy, and heart to make it all happen.

Thank you for believing in the mission of Valle Gives Back and for choosing to serve our community alongside us. Your willingness to show up, lend a helping hand, and put smiles on the faces of others does not go unnoticed.

Because of people like you, we were able to make a difference and remind others that they are seen, valued, and loved.

We appreciate you more than words can express. Here’s to many more opportunities to serve together. ❤️🤝

CORE MEMORIES. 🥹❤️ MY 9 & 12YEAR-OLD CHOSE TO SPEND THEIR TIME HELPING PACK BAGS FOR PEOPLE IN NEED. THESE ARE THE LESSONS I PRAY MY CHILDREN CARRY FOREVER: BE KIND, STAY HUMBLE, AND ALWAYS HELP OTHERS WHEN YOU CAN.

Today changed me.

Today, I met new faces.

We were blessed to hand out 70 care bags, but what I received in return was so much greater.

I was able to make 70 people smile. We laughed together, joked together, I watched some people fight back tears. I watched others open their bags and begin eating immediately because they were truly hungry.

Moments like that remind you that this isn’t about handing someone a bag. It’s about reminding them that they matter, that they’re seen, and that someone cares.

As I said from the beginning, Valle Gives Back will never post the faces of the people we serve. We won’t use someone’s hardest season for likes, views, or content. Every person deserves dignity and respect.

Today wasn’t about being recognized. It was about serving others with love.

Thank you to every person who donated, prayed, shared our posts, or encouraged us. Because of you, 70 people felt seen today.

This was our first outreach, but it definitely won’t be our last.

One thing you’ll always notice about Valle Gives Back…

We won’t post the faces of the people we serve or record ourselves handing out donations just for content.

We’ll gladly share the location, our volunteers, the preparation, the supplies, and the impact of what we’re doing but we believe every person deserves to be treated with dignity and respect.

A difficult season in someone’s life should never become entertainment or be used to gain likes and views.

Our mission is to serve with compassion, not to put people on display.

We’ll celebrate the work, not exploit the people.

Thank you to everyone who supports our mission and understands why protecting the privacy and dignity of those we help will always come first.

Valle Gives Back – Back-to-School Beauty Program

Valle Gives Back is partnering with local salons to help students head back to school feeling confident.

Selected students will receive an official Valle Gives Back Beauty Certificate that can be redeemed at one of our participating salons. The certificate serves as proof that the student was chosen through our program.

How it works:

* Parents submit a request for their child.
* Families selected will receive a Valle Gives Back Beauty Certificate.
* The certificate must be presented at the participating salon before services are provided.
* Appointments must be scheduled directly with the salon.
* Certificates are non-transferable and valid only for the student listed.
* Services provided are based on the sponsoring salon’s donation or discounted package.

Together, we’re not only helping students look their best for the new school year. we’re supporting local businesses that are giving back to our community.
