There are many organizations and programs in place to serve this community. However, often times this community g

ets lost in all of the procedures and red tape to obtain these services. We walk with them through these procedures and help cut the tape to a better life. We are able to connect individuals to programs and resources that meet their needs. Through building relationships with those in this community our desire is to be the hands and feet of Christ, showing love and support in His name.

Why are we always sharing ways to donate? Why do we hold events with donation asks and entry fees?

In May we provided emergency shelter for:
*Domestic Abuse victim until space at Amy's House opened up
*A small family transitioning between homes (1 school aged child)
*A 74 year old man scammed out of his home until the attorneys could straighten it out
*Another small family one day short of payday to pay shelter costs (1 school aged child)
*A man transitioning from a week long hospital stay to an open bed at a detox facility and, ultimately, rehab.

A total of 17 nights at $100 a night. Lincoln County does not have an emergency shelter. When emergencies happen, organizations like ours jump to action. This was just May. When you donate, you help the most vulnerable from pregnant women to the elderly. Y'all, we are running out of money. Already in June, I'm having to say no. Grants have been and are being applied for. It takes months to be informed IF we will be awarded help. Will you donate to help keep our neighbors sheltered in their most vulnerable life moments?

I am thankful today for our Denver area businesses: Tropical Smoothie, Casa Garcia, Sweet Dreams, and Jersey Mike's. I showed up to these businesses with flyers and a spiel. They were so gracious and kind! Give them a visit and let them know you appreciate their kindness to our Denver and Lincoln County area. Blessings!

A beautiful day for some Bubbles and Blessings! Our team had the pleasure of doing laundry with several families in the community. Today's laundry cost $150 for 10 people and 25 loads. Would you be willing to contribute $5 so we as a community can continue blessing our neighbors? Thank you!

Love it! Thank you for hearing our plea for books. Look at these amazing titles! The collection bin at Cabbella's Coffee Shop will continue at least through the end of May. I'm so excited! Thank you, Lincoln County! I love neighbors coming together to support neighbors. Reading is Life! Free Mobile Library is collecting books. Our library will visit disadvantaged neighborhoods in Lincoln County once it's up and running. When will it be up and running? We are hoping by the end of 2026. We need books and volunteers!
