For too long, truth has been buried under paperwork, politics, and people speaking on behalf of a legacy they didn’t inherit by blood.

To the Narragansett Indian Tribe leadership as it stands today …. your time of silence, misrepresentation, and exclusion is coming to an end.

The real descendants are rising. The real history is being uncovered. The real voices that were ignored, pushed aside, and written out are no longer staying quiet.

You cannot erase bloodlines.
You cannot rewrite truth forever.
And you cannot hold authority over something that does not belong to you.

This is not just about land …. this is about identity, legacy, and rightful recognition.

The next chapter will not be controlled behind closed doors. It will be brought into the light.

Time is up.

A question most history books never ask…
Before Europeans arrived, Block Island in Rhode Island was known as Manisses, and the people who lived there were called the Manisseans. They were an Indigenous community closely connected to the Narragansett people and had lived on the island for generations with their own villages, fishing grounds, and leadership.
But one detail has fascinated researchers and historians for a long time: the name Manissean.
Some people have pointed out that the name sounds very similar to Manasseh, one of the Ten Lost Tribes of Israel that disappeared after the Assyrian conquest of Israel. For centuries, people have searched the world for where these tribes may have gone after being scattered.
Across history there have been theories that the Lost Tribes migrated far beyond the Middle East—possibly reaching Africa, Asia, and even the Americas long before modern exploration.
Interestingly, the island name Manisses was recorded by the Dutch explorer Adriaen Block in the early 1600s, meaning the name already existed before Europeans settled the island. The Manisseans themselves were described as a well-established society with a population estimated around 1,000 people.
Historians today say the word Manisses likely comes from an Algonquian term meaning “little island.” But the similarity between the names Manissean and Manasseh continues to spark curiosity and debate among people studying ancient migrations and forgotten connections in world history.
Could it just be coincidence?Or could there be pieces of ancient history that we still don’t fully understand?
Sometimes the past leaves clues in names, stories, and traditions that survive longer than written records.

This week, the U.S. Mint released a new edition of the one dollar coin that honors Polly Cooper, an Oneida woman who aided the Continental Army when it was encamped at Valley Forge. The coin is part of a series, started by Congress in 2007, that honors Native American individuals and tribes for their contributions to the United States. During the winter of 1778, Cooper and a delegation of 47 Oneidas brought bushels of corn from their home in what is now Western New York to the encampment in Eastern Pennsylvania. Cooper is credited with teaching the soldiers how to properly cook the food, helping ill soldiers, and becoming Washington's personal cook.

PUBLIC RECORD ARTICLE

Corporate Reinstatement, Governance Dispute, and Administrative Review

Narragansett Indian Meeting Church / Night Hawk Royal Foundation

Prepared for Public Transparency – Based on Verified Records

Background

For decades, a Rhode Island corporation historically known as the Narragansett Indian Meeting Church continued to be referenced and used in practice despite falling out of statutory compliance with the State of Rhode Island. Required annual reports were not filed, and the corporation was eventually revoked by the Rhode Island Secretary of State for noncompliance.

As a result, the corporation existed only in name and custom, not in good standing under state law.

Verified Timeline of Events
• June 18, 2025
The Rhode Island Secretary of State issued a delinquency notice, advising that the 2025 annual report was overdue and warning of revocation following the statutory notice period.
• September 26, 2025
The Secretary of State issued a Certificate of Revocation for failure to file required annual reports pursuant to Rhode Island General Laws §§ 7-6-57 and 7-6-86.
• October 21, 2025
Articles of Amendment and reinstatement-related filings were submitted and accepted by the Rhode Island Secretary of State. Certification records reflect a filing timestamp of 4:47 PM.
These filings were made by individuals asserting authority as heirs to the original president and trustee of the corporation, acting in good faith to restore the entity to compliance.
• November 3, 2025
An Affidavit of Unauthorized Reporting was filed alleging that the October filings lacked authority.
• November 10, 2025
The Secretary of State issued a certified-mail notice distributing the affidavit and identifying individuals associated with competing governance claims.
• January 2026
When requesting a Certificate of Good Standing, representatives were informed that the entity was under administrative review, and that no further name changes or certificates would be issued pending resolution.

Actions Taken in Good Faith

The reinstatement was undertaken:
• After formal revocation for non-filing
• Using the state’s reinstatement process
• Without concealment
• Based on asserted heirship to the corporation’s original leadership
• For the purpose of restoring compliance and transparency

Following reinstatement, the corporation’s name was changed to Night Hawk Royal Foundation, and additional directors were appointed, including family heirs.

Governance Dispute and Review Status

Subsequent to the reinstatement:
• A competing claim of authority was asserted
• A police report alleging misrepresentation was filed
• The Secretary of State placed the entity under administrative review
• No court ruling has been issued determining lawful control
• No finding of wrongdoing has been made by the State

All actions to date remain administrative and unresolved, and authority has not been adjudicated by a court of competent jurisdiction.

Clarification on Intent and Scope

This matter concerns:
• Corporate compliance
• Administrative authority
• Governance succession

It does not constitute a criminal finding, dissolution, or judgment.
All claims of authority remain disputed and subject to judicial determination if pursued.

Record Integrity Statement

This article reflects only documented, date-stamped actions appearing in official records. It does not assert conclusions beyond those records and does not resolve disputed claims of authority.
