Glenwood was delighted to welcome members of the Summers County Historical Society for a visit this weekend. What a delightful group of people & such fun for us at Glenwood!

Summers County, formed in 1871, was named for Judge George Summers, a noted attorney, judge & policitian. He & his wife, Amacetta Laidley Summers, were the second owners of Glenwood.
