Last week, we launched our weekly REASONS group, and we’re excited to make it a recurring event!

By next month, we hope to launch a live emotional wellness and support group for youth, and we’re also developing a group for those who have lost a loved one.

And we don’t want these opportunities to exist only online. Every group we offer can also be brought in person to the Charleston, West Virginia area for schools, youth programs, churches, community organizations, shelters, or other organizations willing to host us.

Online or in person. Real conversations. Real people. Real support.

📚This program is currently in active development—and it’s been a dream of mine for years!

Phase 1 will be an online educational program only. In Phase 2, we hope to add certification and in-person training for qualified organizations.

If you know a youth-serving organization that could use this including a school or foster care agency—please comment or message me. I’d love to hear from you! 😀

We are proud to announce the newest initiative of Youth Haven Ministries!
Youth Haven Ministries is now the West Virginia Chapter of Layla’s Hope.
Through this partnership, we will be working to combat human trafficking and support homeless and runaway youth by bringing Layla’s Hope resources, education, and practical tools to communities across West Virginia.
We are currently working to adapt the Layla’s Hope manual and resources specifically for West Virginia, and we will be sharing more information as this new program develops.
This is one more way Youth Haven Ministries is working to see a need, see real people hurting, and do what we can to meet that need.
More updates coming soon

🦋 LAYLA’S HOPE IS GROWING! 🦋

We are incredibly excited to announce that West Virginia is officially joining Vermont as a State Chapter of Layla’s Hope National!

Please help us welcome Youth Haven Ministries, our West Virginia State Chapter, to the Layla’s Hope family.

With chapters now in Vermont and West Virginia, Layla’s love and light continue to reach new communities. Each chapter strengthens our mission to connect missing, runaway, homeless, street-connected, exploited, trafficked, and at-risk youth and young adults—and their families—with resources, support, safety, and HOPE.

What began from our family’s desire to honor Layla is growing into something bigger: a national network committed to helping others as we would have wanted her helped.

💜 Vermont
💙 West Virginia
💛 And we’re just getting started.

To Youth Haven Ministries, welcome to the Layla’s Hope family! We are honored to have you carrying Layla’s legacy forward in West Virginia.
