DOA HEMA Duelists of Appalachia [DOA] HEMA operates as a nonprofit sports team in the greater Charleston area of WV with a focus on Italian Longsword, Rapier and Sabre.

Classes every Wednesday and Saturday, occasional events and tournaments. Come see about us!

Note from our veteran members:

Memorial Day is the start of the summer season but it also is a day of remembrance for those we've lost who've died in service to their country. 3pm is the national "moment of silence" to mourn those we've lost.

So please be safe out there today, drive safely and call an uber if you've had alcohol. We've lost enough, we don't want to lose you too.
