Next week is teacher appreciation! How are you going to love them and serve them well?

Things to consider:
The Big Group: Lunch, Breakfasts, Banners- something that allows them all to feel loved as a community together
The Special Attention: Every engagement should come with a note or word for every single one of them personally.

One well received treat came from a mobile coffee bar: our serve team loading a cart with lots of starbucks travel pots, all the fun toppings and went room by room filling their dreams with mid-morning treats.
It's an opportunity to serve and give back, so if your school will allow engagement, do it!

For larger gifts, depending on budget, think gift cards to their favorite places, supplies for them personally, fancy hand sanitizer and other items just for them!

How do you encourage and use moments like spring break return to help infuse support and joy? We have a few ideas. Any of these can be done as a large group activity or specifically for your teacher. The key is to always connect in ways big and small- so, for example, if you have a big breakfast for everyone, make sure notes re personal and intentional. We honor them for what they are doing for our future!
