This type thing Wouldn't happen as often if the staff was taught Basic Customer Service:
1. Every Obnoxious Act is actually a Cry for HELP" *something else got them angry, but you are there now;
2. The Customer is Almost always Right";
OR
3. "Please Let me ask my Manager, Maybe we can make an Exception for you." Let them diffuse the Hostility.
+ Other Customers Might not want to stand out or 🎬 Act out & get Embarrassed by Asking that same question.
* AND REMEMBER This World is Full of Armed Wackos so "Play Nice"!!!

Also, as Part of the PR efforts to highlight the Need for More Safety Awareness, our Charter President Bud Anderson is a Candidate for the WV House of Delegates, to Raise a short list of Issues, ♧[ Getting us into the 20th Century], LOL.
♤ West Virginia Stands Alone in Not Requiring Certified Driving Training before Licensure of minors.
Our Market would expand exponentially as would our Noble Cause: Safety on the Roads; Also that would help every single driver with less occurrence of "Risk of Crashes and Potential Deaths" caused by untrained drivers. That in itself "Should benefit the actuaries and underwriters. With Less Crashes, the Insurance companies should help to keep our insurance from being our current rates that are MUCH TOO HIGH"!!
♧ Our Advice to Learner's Permit Candidates:
They should Come Ride With us, ASAP. But if they chose NOT to Ride with Us & hear the study tips that we offer ( FOR NO EXTRA CHARGE ), make sure that he or she does the 4 practice tests online at the DMV website. I tell everyone that they are the typical bureaucracy & not "user-friendly" enough to tell the public, there were 4 different tests of 25 Questions Each. But they may have to log out and log back in. That will give the candidate 100 of the potential 187 questions that may randomly be on the test. If they miss 7 total, that is an Instant Failure. Also, as soon as a Candidate gets 19 Correct, the Actual Test is Over with a "Quick Pass", *because even if you missed all of the additional questions, they would still pass.

We finally have a flush budget and are looking for good solid folks & volunteers to help us finish the house we donated to create a Veteran's Foster Care Home. We will be the 1st one in WV.
