After losing my son - I have thought about participating in this event. I always purchase his wreath and a few others, but it was always my plan to do his grave Arlington National Cemetery first! Life happens and I’ve not been able to accomplish as of yet. It was an HONOR to lay my first wreath Valley of the Sun Mortuary & Valley of the Sun Cemetery the very place that took such amazing care of my son! It was meant to be as Lisa TheSongstress Cimino was the keynote speaker & I certainly would not have been able to endure this journey without her by my side!!! A huge thank you to Wreaths Across America and extra prayers for my fellow American Gold Star Mothers Department of Arizona I didnt expect to see today, but you were that extra special treat with the Cherry on Top!!

Wreaths Across America what an Honor to watch my bestie, my sister deliver speech and for me to participate for the very first time in such a beautiful event at the very place that took such amazing care of my son until we finally laid him to rest Arlington National Cemetery - I ran into some of the American Gold Star Mothers Department of Arizona my heart is so full of Love & Joy!!
