🐝💛 HELP US REACH OUR $200 GOAL FOR BEE A BUDDY! 💛🐝

I will have a donation jar at practices this week for anyone who would like to help us raise $200 to secure both sides of the shelter house for the Bee a Buddy event this Sunday!

🏠 Shelter House Cost
• $100 per side
• Each side holds approximately 50 people
• Our goal is to rent both sides, giving us space for approximately 100 people!

Little Tikes Coed T-Ball Inc. will be renting the shelter houses for the event. By renting them through Little Tikes, we are also able to save approximately $14 plus taxes on the rental.

Bee a Buddy is a brand-new organization, so they currently do not have funds available to cover the shelter rental. We would love for our Little Tikes families, friends, and local businesses to come together and help make this event possible. 💛

🐝💛 CAN OUR COMMUNITY HELP US REACH OUR $200 GOAL? 💛🐝

We are reaching out to our families, friends, local businesses, and community members to see if anyone would be willing to help support the Bee A Buddy Project.

Because this organization is just getting started, there are currently zero funds available to cover the cost of the outdoor shelter house for our upcoming event.

Our goal is to raise $200 to cover both sides of the shelter house for the event on Sunday, September 13th at Wesselman Woods.

💛 Any donation helps — $5, $10, $20, or whatever you are able to give. Every little bit gets us closer to our goal!

This event is about bringing children and families together while promoting kindness, friendship, bullying awareness, mental-health support, and being there for one another.

☀️⚾ IMPORTANT WEATHER UPDATE — TOMORROW’S GAMES CANCELED ⚾☀️

Due to the current heat wave and expected heat index tomorrow, we have made the decision to cancel tomorrow’s games.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience, but the safety of our players, coaches, and families will always come first. With our players being so young, we will not take unnecessary risks in extreme heat.

❤️ No worries about missing a game! We already have makeup days built into our season schedule specifically for situations like weather cancellations. Tomorrow’s games will be moved to one of those scheduled makeup days.

We will officially kick off our Fall season next week! ⚾

Hopefully this heat wave calms down soon and we can get our Little Tikes safely back on the field!

Cant wait to meet all the players on Sunday. We will be getting at the field at 11:30. Rock-A-Burger Food Truck will be out serving food make sure you get you some good lunch that day.
