Gowns of Love is a 501c3 organization that transforms donated wedding gowns into baby gowns that are donated to local hospitals and provided to families who have lost a child at birth. Losing a baby is heartbreaking; having to think about finding something for your baby to wear is more than a parent should have to bear. Gowns of Love help ease that burden through this simple gesture. Each Gowns of Love set includes two identical gowns, a blanket, a satchel, and two keepsake hearts.

• We welcome any intermediate and/or accomplished seamstress to help us with our tremendous inventory.
• Please note: We are unable to accept donations at this time due to the overwhelming response to donations and our storage limitations.
• We meet monthly on the 2nd Saturday of each month (except July and November) from 9am until Noon. Our future meeting dates are 09/12, 10/10 and 12/12.
2027: 01/09, 02/13, 03/13, 04/10, 05/08, 06/12, 08/14, 09/11, 10/09, and 12/11.

Our meetings are informal. They are set up to drop off completed sets or pick up disassembled gowns and supplies that we provide. You can come ANYTIME between the hours of 9am-12pm. On your first visit we will explain our process to you, provide you with our booklet of information and a complete set of patterns (6 sizes from Newborn, 5-8 lbs. to Micro-mini-micro, 8-14oz), as well as show you how things are laid out for ease in gathering supplies, etc. This takes approximately 10-15 minutes depending on questions you may have for us and/or to introduce you to other volunteers who may be there at the same time.

On June 3 we had the honor of delivering 11 sets to St. Joseph's Medical Center. As always, we are grateful for the people involved with this ministry. We feel blessed to work with the wonderful nurses that serve the grieving families.

In January, we mailed our first out of state delivery of Gowns of Love to Coffeyville Regional Medical Center in Coffeyville, Kansas. We provided 12 Sets and 6 wraps to them. They were recommended to us by a former member of our staff. We hope these items will be some comfort during their time of loss. As always, thank you to our amazing team.

During the month of February, we were privileged to deliver 12 sets and 6 Wraps to Flagstaff Medical Center. We appreciate everyone who contributes to this ministry. We honor the nurses who serve with the grieving families each and every day.

On Wednesday, April 15, we had the honor to deliver 31 Wraps to Mercy Gilbert Medical Center. We appreciate opportunity to provide these Gowns of Love items to help provide some degree of comfort to the grieving families. We thank our team of donors, deconstructors and seamstresses for their time and talents to this effort.
