SKY UIUC club is aimed at promoting happiness, wellbeing, harmony in diversity, service and leadership, creating a stress free and violence free happy campus. We conduct leadership, well-being, social & de-stress sessions on a weekly basis to manage stress from the body and the mind via fun interactive exercise including games, group discussion, relaxation techniques (meditation, breathing, light
stretch), knowledge of mind, community service info and SKY Happiness Retreat. Our goal is to help everyone live full potential of their lives, with continuous confidence, focus and enthusiasm. Yoga and meditation events on campus:
