Looking good Shona’s Café crew! Happy PRIDE! 🌈🎉

You only walk into Shona’s Cafe a stranger once. Come in twice and you’re part of the family. No hoops, no audience to impress, no particular affiliation required, just a willingness to be welcomed, and to welcome others back.

We do more than roll out hand pies and brew a proper cup of tea. We’re building something. A place where everyone belongs. This has been baked into this café from day one.

Pride Month is our chance to celebrate that out loud, and in colour. Come find your table. It’s already yours.

Come celebrate LGBTQ+ Pride Month at the Library! Join community members and library staff for a discussion of Pageboy by Elliot Page, "a beautifully written, winding journey of what it means to untangle ourselves from the expectations of others is an ode to stepping into who we truly are with defiance, strength, and joy."

This program is sponsored by Rooted in Lewis County. A limited number of free copies of the book will be available to keep after discussion.

🥁Drum roll please…. for the annual Donny’s Pride Picnic!

This picnic originally was created by Donny and his husband Cliff, over a decade ago. Since Donny’s passing, local community members have stepped up to continue the tradition with Cliff in serving the Lewis County LGBTQ+ community in a fun summer get together 🌈

This event is all ages, potluck style, and hosted at the King Rancho (197 Pier Rd, Chehalis, WA) 🌻

Wow! Another Pride event here in Lewis County! 🌭🌈🌭

It’s that time of year again!

Join us this Sunday from 12-4pm for our 4th Annual Pride BBQ — right here at Jones Creek Brewing.

Grab a hot dog 🌭 and help a neighbor. All profits from the grill go directly to Cascadia Cares, a local nonprofit connecting people in need with food, clothing, and community resources. Humans helping humans since 2015.
