You may launch from **ANY ramp** on Stillhouse Hollow Lake, then come by boat to our event area.

Due to the **overwhelming response for our first event of the season**, we need to move our **registration, launch staging, and weigh-in area** from **Dana Peak Park to Stillhouse Marine Park**.

✅ **You may still launch your boat from ANY ramp on Stillhouse Hollow Lake.**
After launching, please come by boat to the **Stillhouse Marine Park / Marina area** for registration, boat-number draw, livewell check, and official launch.

🎣 What Makes NextGen Texas Original and Unique?

NextGen Texas was built to be different.

We are a small, grassroots, nonprofit 501(c)(3) youth fishing tournament trail—and that is exactly how we plan to stay.

We are not focused on becoming the biggest trail or packing every event with as many boats as possible. We prefer to cap our events at approximately 60 to 65 teams so we can keep the experience centered on what matters most: the young anglers and their families.

Keeping our events smaller allows us to provide a more personal, organized, and family-friendly atmosphere where young anglers can compete, learn, grow, build friendships, and create memories that last a lifetime.

Since the beginning, we have also provided payouts or prizes at every regular-season event for the teams that place. We believe the hard work, dedication, sportsmanship, and success of our young anglers deserve to be recognized.

NextGen Texas is more than a tournament trail. We are a community committed to helping build the future of fishing.

The 2026–2027 NextGen Texas Tournament Trail season is officially upon us, and registration is now open.

This season is about more than just fishing. It is about youth anglers, families, boat captains, competition, memories, and keeping the future of tournament fishing moving forward.

With our schedule released and the season ahead, we encourage everyone planning to fish to get registered early. Early registration helps us plan each event, secure venues, prepare operations, and continue building a trail that gives young anglers a place to grow and compete.
