The driveway has been cleared of snow in the event anyone wants/needs to visit. (Old photo, just because)

Just a reminder... no one has the right to plant any permanent trees or shrubs on their plot/grave/site. They become an expense to the cemetery to remove them when they interfere with monuments and foundations, and/or when they become unsightly, decayed and/or dead. For the life of me, I can't find the text from the person that requested a dangerous tree near her family plot be removed, but it has been taken down. When we have the backhoe up there next, the stump will be removed.

I'll be mowing this afternoon/evening, after work. Not sure I'll get the trimming done today, but I'll try to get some done. Mother nature has been less than cooperative with mowing and my work schedule. Fingers crossed!

The Cemetery will be getting mowed this morning.

We hope to be up to the cemetery this afternoon and weekend clearing all unsightly materials, flags and debris and we plan to do our first mow this weekend, as well. We also have a few dead & dying trees that will be getting removed soon, if not today.

Today was supposed to be a clean-up day, but the weather is not cooperating and also, we are ill-prepared. Tom is actually out of town. Sorry it didn't work out, but if you're really wanting to clean up there, I'm sure you can find something to tidy-up. Just snap us a before and after photo and share. Thanks!
