Maybe you are wondering….
Whats RECOVERY REVIVAL ?…. It’s where we gather together and share how God has and is changing people’s lives. It’s a CELEBRATION. It’s an encouragement to one another that what God has done in others lives, he can also do in ours. It’s friendship, it’s support, it’s being understood that life can be hard and difficult at times. It’s giving over the heavy stuff we face to God. It’s releasing our fears, trust issues, anxiety, depression, addictions, grief, pain, heartaches, stealing, hostility, anger, disloyalty, resentment, manipulation, control, abuse, pride, gluttony, adultery, abandonment, critical spirit, selfishness, gossip, fear, lover of self/money, greed, slander, irresponsible, backbiting, condemnation, neglect, or whatever has you held down, over to the one that can make our lives brand new.
It’s offering up our praise and worship. It’s cleansing our hearts and minds and realigning them to Gods desires. It’s giving our hearts and lives to Jesus. It’s tearing down walls we have built around us. It’s realizing that we were never meant to carry the heavy stuff. It’s recognizing that who we surround ourselves with matters, where we go matters, our actions matter, our choices matter. It’s realizing accountability is a GREAT thing. It’s understanding that unity is needed. It’s placing Gods desires above our own. It’s prioritizing a Christ centered relationship. It’s knowing that in our weakness, He makes us strong. And MUCH MORE!
