The festivities begin with the Celina Lions Club Halloween Costume Judging Contest at 2:30 PM at the Amphitheater on Lakeshore Drive, followed by the Halloween Parade at 3 PM.
After the parade, make your way through the Halloween Candy Crawl, where local businesses, organizations, foundations, and community groups will be set up throughout Lakeshore Park handing out candy, treats, toys, and other fun surprises for children and families.

👻 All are welcome!

And don't forget, Celina's official Trick-or-Treat hours are 4 - 6 PM, making this the perfect way to kick off an afternoon of Halloween fun.

🎶 Now it's time to give a BIG shout out to the man who kept the party going during our Carnival at the end of May >>> Wicked Sound / DJ Service!

Kent understood the assignment from the very beginning. Keep the energy high, keep the crowd engaged, and make sure the kids had a unforgettable time.

Mission accomplished. 🙌

From getting kids (and adults!) up and dancing to keeping the excitement going all day long, Kent went above and beyond. His energy, enthusiasm, and willingness to jump right into our crazy ideas helped make the Little Locals Big Fun Carnival even more memorable.

A huge thank you to Kent Wicker for bringing the fun and helping create so many smiles throughout the day.

We also want to give a special thank you to the Celina Moose Lodge #1473 for generously sponsoring Wicked Sound services during the event. Your support helped make this experience even more special for the kids and families who attended.

It truly takes a community to make something like this happen, and we're so grateful for everyone who helped bring the Little Locals vision to life. 💛

💛 What an incredible moment.

Today, we had the honor of presenting a $3,000 check from the Little Locals Initiative to MAV Youth Mentoring!

This donation was made possible by the generosity of everyone who donated while attending the Little Locals Big Fun Carnival at the end of May and by the businesses & organizations that donated to this event & MAV to make it all happen.

To EVERYONE who donated, volunteered, hosted a booth, shared their time, and supported this event, thank you!!! Because of you, local kids will benefit from the incredible work MAV does in our community.

This is exactly what Little Locals is all about: bringing businesses, families, and organizations together to make a lasting impact for our kids.

We are so grateful for this community and can't wait to continue growing this initiative together.

💛 KINDNESS TAG 💛

One kind word can change a day.

Little Locals Community Impact Initiative is challenging everyone to spread kindness wherever they go.

✨ Give a compliment.
✨ Encourage someone.
✨ Say thank you.

Then say:

👉 “You’ve been Kindness Tagged. Pass it on.”

That’s it.

No rules. No age limits. Just kindness.

Kids. Adults. Businesses. Teachers. Everyone can play.

Let’s see everywhere and show just how far kindness can travel.

💛 You’ve been Kindness Tagged. Pass it on.
