As such, they often grow up experiencing a life of rejection and isolation. Through Best Buddies, thousands of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities have successfully achieved a new acceptance in their community.

Every Saturday at 8am from Lakeside Park, come join in for an at your own pace 5k walk/run. It's a good way to meet people and get some exercise. We'll be starting this new route on 2/1/2025. Hope to see you there!

The 25th running of the Pancake Run will take place on Saturday, Oct. 26! While traffic delays and disruptions should be minimal, please note that runners in the 10k race will be passing the hospital entrances from roughly 7:30 to 7:40 a.m. The start/finish area near the fire station will also have significant foot traffic throughout the morning. The course map is below. We hope to see you at the race!
