Cedarville Elementary - PTO

ALL HANDS ON DECK!
PTO only has about 30 people signed up for PTO.
LAST YEAR WE HAD 76.
We need all the volunteers we can get. It stands between us having a successful event for our kids or not being able to do something because we don't have enough hands to help execute.
Even if you may only get to help once or plan ahead and take the day off we need you. We need a list of phone numbers we can send a text with info asking who's available on said date.
Parents and grandparents are welcome to volunteer.

Don't forget shirt orders are due on Friday if you're wanting one.
Lots of people are ordering a shirt for homecoming week and we need to make sure we get these in quickly.

Is anyone free to help with popsicles on friday?.
Meet at the gym by 2:15. We will stop selling at 4:00. We can sell to after school as well.

Stop by and see Toni at our PTO table during the jamboree today.
She has PTO sign up forms and t-shirt order forms. She's also giving out free stickers and calendars. Also the Cedarville Spirit blanket is on display for PTO parent sign up drawing.

We only have approximately 30 people signed up for PTO. We need your help. PTO needs a big list of names we can text when we need volunteers because not everyone's available all at the same time. You may only get to help once but that one time could help us have a successful smooth event.
We are so proud of our football and cheer teams and wishing you fun siding football season!

Congratulations to our 26/27 PTO officers.
Introducing Nicole massey, Cassandra Carney, Toni Jones, and Keli Pyle.
Last year Nicole, Cassandra and Toni worked deep in the trenches behind the scenes to help accomplish everything we did. They are bursting with ideas and full of energy and truly love our kids and Cedarville Elementary school. We are honored to have them.

First meeting of the year is this coming Monday. We will be nominating and voting on officers and beginning the planning for upcoming events as a group.
Looking forward to seeing anyone who can be there.

PTO purchased all the faculty school spirit shirts! Check out a few of the happy smiles. We love and appreciate everyone who works hard to take care of our kiddos.
These are what the shirts look like from the shirt order form. If you haven't received a form there will be some going home in folders here in the next bit. If you don't have a student at home for instance maybe you're the grandparent or from the high school or middle school you can contact the elementary office and they can email you one.
