You can put money on an inmates books by
Step 1: https://lcsopay.linncounty.org/
Step 2: select Make payment, inmate commissary and you will need the inmates date of birth which you can find by calling the jail or looking up at : https://www.iowacourts.state.ia.us
Tip: The payment card you use has to be registered to an address for security reasons.
Tip: If the inmate owes fines they cannot have more than $150 per week or their commissary account will be garnished.
Tip: You cannot add money to their phone account except in person.
