Thanks everyone who came out to our May Meet n' Greet at Artsify Oregon. Our residents are very creative and, along with their individual projects, everyone worked on a "face", each person contributing one feature. Next fun time will be mid-July. Watch for the announcement.

It's in! After many hours of scanning, printing, collating and trips to Office Depot, and a large sum of money - our Land Use Application is filed with Washington County. They have 30 days to tell us if the file is complete and 120 days from the day it's complete to give us an answer.

We did it! Bloom! is now the proud owner of 1.54 acres in the Cedar Mill neighborhood-Beaverton north of Highway 26. Final plans are being drawn up, the permit process has begun, watch for more news on a ground breaking ceremony, hopefully in June 2026.

We am so thankful this year for all the families who have committed to our vision for Bloom!, for our team of builders and designers who believe in this project, and the young adults we have met who are so excited to lead purposeful, useful, and independent lives!

Began Thursday with a really productive meeting with Washington County. We now know exactly what we need to do to apply for our building and development permits. Nothing surprising or too onerous. The day ended with a great turn out to meet the designer and architect from BREC.
