The Catskill Elementary Student Council is a group of 4th and 5th grade students that show enthusiasm, responsibility and commitment to their school and community. Raising money for charities, volunteering for community service and demonstrating leadership skills will help to make our school and community a better place.

Another wonderful evening at the Festival of Trees Gala! Congratulations Fortnightly of Catskill celebrating their 30th year of the Festival of Trees! CES Student Council and Business Club sponsored a tree again this year. A big shout out to the ladies from the Greene County Region NY13 Blue Star Mothers who always decorate our tree! Our tree theme was “A Jewel in Time” and this year for the first time in many years, our kids made ornaments for the tree. Each ornament had a year on it from 1995 to 2025 celebrating the 30 years. Fantastic job by the ladies, the tree is beautiful!

Very proud of our Catskill Elementary Student Council, CES Business Club and Catskill Middle School Business Club Members that spoke today at the Annual Catskill Memorial Day Parade Ceremony. Thank you to the Catskill Patriotic Committee for doing such a great job organizing today’s event.
