When I look at my HBCU babies, I literally see children. Granted they are young adults of their own agency, but they are still very young, innocent, and deserve to be protected as well as given empathy and guidance.

You have to be some kind of evil racist POS to adultify and murder a 14-year-old child OVER A $1.00 STORE ITEM. But all people gotta do is see a Black person and humanity goes out the window. Including among some of our own.

Black people simply existing is deemed a threat. Hence why the "self-defense" excuse is usually a cop out.

Our children deserve better. Our people deserve better.
