The CSM Project

As a new school year begins, The CSM Project is launching a new fundraising campaign and we need your help!

We know we've been a little quiet lately, but quit does not mean still.

Behind the scenes, we remain deeply committed to our mission to help young men stepping out of hardship build a stronger future as they transition to adulthood. This school year, our goal is to provide a Pinnacle Pack to 10 deserving young men who are taking important steps towards college, careers, military service, or independent living.

A basic Pinnacle Pack begins at $300, providing essential items and resources to help a young man feel prepared, equipped, and supported.

But we want to dream bigger.

Our goal is to fund a top tier Pinnacle Pack which includes a comprehensive package designed to provide even more of the resources a young man needs to start his next chapter with confidence.

We’re building something powerful, and we can’t do it alone.

The CSM Project is searching for volunteers, mentors, and network builders who believe young men transitioning from challenging beginnings deserve the opportunities to succeed.

Our mission is to stand in the gap and help young men move confidently into adulthood by creating pathways to military service, higher education, and the workforce. That happens through people; people willing to mentor, open doors, make introductions, and invest time and wisdom.

If you:
✔️ Believe in leadership and accountability
✔️ Have connections, skills, or experience to share
✔️ Want to be part of meaningful, life-changing work

There’s a place for you here.

New year. New focus. Intentional impact.

As we step into this new year, intentionality is at the forefront of everything we’re building at The CSM Project. Since launching around Veterans Day, we’ve been laying the foundation; learning, listening, and preparing to serve with purpose. We took the time to be fully present with our loved ones during the holiday season, and now we are looking to the the new year with focus and determination in making meaningful impacts in the lives of young men looking to a better future.

This work is bigger than any one person. Growth doesn’t always come from big gestures, often it starts with something simple.

If you believe in our mission, one of the easiest (and most powerful) ways to help right now is this:

👉 Ask a friend to follow our page.
👉 Share our story.
👉 Help us expand the community.
👉 Learn more at www.thecsmproject.org

Every follow helps spread awareness. Every share brings us closer to the people we’re meant to serve. As we move into this year, we’re committed to being intentional with our time, our energy, and our impact; and we’d love for you to be part of that journey.

Thank you for being here at the beginning. The best is still ahead. 💙

This Giving Tuesday, Help Us Support Young Men Stepping into Their Future
Today, we invite you to stand with The CSM Project. The young men we will serve are stepping into adulthood often without the resources, guidance, or basic essentials many of us take for granted, and that's where our mission begins.
Our vision is that our most impactful initiatives will be our Pinnacle Packs program.
Each Pinnacle Pack is thoughtfully designed to meet immediate and practical needs, providing
Essential clothing
Toiletries and hygiene supplies
Gift cards for food and necessities
Educational resources
Job training and career exploration materials
Military service essentials for those pursuing enlistment
A Pinnacle Pack is more than a bag; it's dignity, stability, and a message that someone believes in their future.
- This Giving Tuesday, your donation directly fuels these packs and the support systems surrounding them. Every contribution, big or small, helps us give young men the foundation they deserve as they begin their next chapter.
Join us in honoring resilience, empowering hope, and building stronger futures,
one Pinnacle Pack at a time.
Donate today and make an immediate impact. Visit us at www.thecsmproject.org to learn more!

Feeling incredibly thankful today. ✨ Watching The CSM Project, the nonprofit created in honor of my father CSM (Ret) Glenn Blackwell, come to life has been one of the most meaningful experiences of my life. What started as a vision has grown into something real because of the hard work, love, and unwavering dedication of the people around me. I’m humbled and grateful for every single person who has poured their heart into this mission to date.

I’m beyond excited for what’s ahead; to help young men move from uncertainty to clarity, from doubt to confidence, and from simply surviving to truly thriving. If we can change even one trajectory, then every step has been worth it… and we’re just getting started. 💙

Here’s to purpose, impact, and building a legacy of guidance and growth.
