True Impact Ministries True Impact Ministries mobilizes and enables ordinary people to make an extraordinary impact on the lives of people in Africa.

Serving and empowering orphaned and vulnerable children (OVC’s) in Uganda through child sponsorship that includes education, nutrition, clothing, housing, and medical care as needed. We do this by taking teams of people to Africa to do building projects, collecting and distributing donations, with our child sponsorship program, a medical fund, and higher education fund.
