We are hiring & we'd love to have you on our team! True Care Women’s Resource Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated licensed mental health professional to join our team as we support women and families facing unplanned pregnancies. We are a Christian, life-affirming organization and the right candidate will be of like-mind and belief.

We have just launched our counseling program and are looking for the right candidate to help build and grow this vital service. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing mental health care, offering emotional support, and empowering clients to navigate their circumstances with confidence. Position is full-time and pay is DOE.

“Now, organizations in the field of family preservation ministry and pro-life pregnancy help are joining forces to increase church and pregnancy center connection through wrap-around support communities for vulnerable pregnant moms.

The model comes from family preservation ministry Upstream Collaborative and its key member My Village Ministries. My Village also oversees church communities for families at risk for foster care and extended that same concept to inviting church communities to wrap services around pregnant mothers…

The idea is that supporting a woman while she is pregnant helps family preservation succeed, preventing any need for foster care down the line. Thus, this is an ‘upstream’ solution to poverty and the foster care crisis.”
