Parents, teachers, families, and community members β join us this Friday for an important and meaningful conversation during our Mental Health Month Series.
We are proud to spotlight Mr. Olveda, EJHS Student Council Sponsor, and an amazing group of youth who will be leading our Youth Mental Health & Wellness Panel. Their voices, experiences, and leadership matter, and this discussion will create space for honest conversation about the challenges, strengths, and supports that shape youth mental health and wellness.
We are also honored to welcome Francisca Federico, Community Advocate and proud member of our community, who brings more than 15 years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities. Francisca is deeply committed to empowering individuals and families by providing support, resources, and advocacy every step of the way. She is especially passionate about helping families and young adults navigate the transition to adulthood.
Her insight will be invaluable as she shares knowledge on the challenges individuals with disabilities and their families may face during this transition, along with programs, resources, and opportunities that promote independence, inclusion, and improved quality of life.
This is a powerful event you will not want to miss. Whether you are a parent, educator, caregiver, community member, or young person, this conversation offers encouragement, practical information, and a chance to come together in support of our youth and families.
