An FYI for military families!

We love getting messages like this, it means a lot to us! We have experiences similar to this all over the US. If you are a military family and haven't enrolled with us, you can here......https://unitedheroesleague.org/programs/enlist/

"We wanted to send along a great big THANK YOU to all of you! We continue to be blown away by all that you give back to military families. We feel very fortunate to have UHL in MN. From summer Minny beauts camp opportunities, equipment for the season ahead, and a generous person who left behind a state fair experience for us to be able to enjoy. What UHL provides are memorable experiences and support. Words cannot express enough of our gratitude. Truly, thank you!"

🏒 GIVE 5. TAG 5. KEEP THEM IN THE GAME.

$5 is all it takes to make an assist.

Donate $5 to the CAHA Assist Fund, then tag 5 friends and challenge them to do the same.

Every hockey player has goals—to improve, compete, support their teammates and keep playing the game they love. But when a family experiences temporary financial hardship, staying in the game can become a goal they can’t reach alone.

That’s where your assist comes in.

The CAHA Assist Fund helps recreational and house hockey players, officials, coaches and veterans across North and South Carolina stay in the game and connected to their hockey communities.

Our goal is to raise $10,000 or more by October 20—our Goal Day! And $5 at a time, we can get there together.

🏒 Give $5.
🏒 Tag 5 friends.
🏒 Challenge them to do the same.

You don’t have to score the goal to change the game.

Their goal. Your assist.

This is the impact of an assist.

For families facing temporary financial hardship, even a modest amount of support can make the difference between a player continuing the game they love and having to step away.

CAHA Assist Fund awards are confidential, but their impact can be seen in every player who stays with their team, continues growing and knows their hockey community is behind them.

We’d love to reach $10,000 or more by October 20—our Goal Day! The more we raise, the more players we can help stay in the game while facing financial difficulties. Give them an assist so they can reach their goal! Let’s show these players that we’ve got their backs and ensure financial challenges don’t keep them off the ice. Together, we can keep them in the game!

Their goal. Your assist.

Hockey is more than a game. It's friendships, confidence, teamwork, and a place to belong.

Sometimes, families face unexpected financial challenges—but that doesn't mean a player's hockey journey should come to an end.

The CAHA Assist Fund exists to help players stay on the ice by providing financial assistance during times of need.

If your family is experiencing temporary financial hardship, applications are now open.

Because every player deserves the opportunity to keep playing the game they love.

All.of.this…

What if the goal isn't to raise the next elite athlete?

What if the goal is to help kids learn resilience, confidence, teamwork, and a love for the game?

The athletes who stay in sports the longest — and often reach the highest levels — are usually the ones who had the freedom to learn, grow, make mistakes, and enjoy the journey.

At CAHA, we believe youth hockey is about more than wins and losses. It's about creating experiences that help kids develop as players, teammates, and people. It's about honoring the game by putting development, character, respect, and fun at the center of the youth sports experience.

Because the best youth sports programs don't just build athletes.

They build capable humans.

This is hockey in the Carolinas!
