⚡Join us for the Back to School EVOLTution Challenge starting August 3 - September 28. ⚡Get fit and strong with us AND see the data on your progress!

Starting the first week of August, members are challenged to see the results of their workouts through EVOLT scanning. Participants will receive one EVOLT scan and consultation at the beginning of the challenge and a final scan at the conclusion of the challenge. Challenge participant winners will be determined by scan results indicating the largest development of lean body mass and reduction of fat mass. Our top three challenge participants will receive a special prize upon completion of the challenge. Every participant will receive a customized end-of-challenge printout showcasing their results. Members 18 and older are encouraged to participate!

🎉🌟 Celebrating an Incredible Summer Staff Drive! 🌟🎉
Our staff embraced every opportunity to make a difference, from participating in Spirit Week and making personal donations to sharing the YMCA mission with family and friends and inviting their communities to support the life-changing work happening every day at camp and the pool.

Because of the passion, enthusiasm, and generosity of our team, we achieved some incredible results:

✅ Surpassed our 2025 total by nearly $2,000
✅Reached 77% of our overall campaign goal
✅ Total raised $8,988
Most importantly, our staff became ambassadors for our mission, sharing stories of impact and helping others understand the difference we make in the lives of children, families, and our community every day.

The Tools4Schools Supply Drive is underway through August 21 as we help prepare Wake County students and teachers for success in the classroom. Drop off new, unused notebooks, pencils, markers, folders and other classroom supply essentials to our drop-off boxes in the lobby. Thank you for your support!

🚴 Cyclists, you're doing great! Keep pedaling towards our shared community goal of 2,071 miles this month, matching the distance covered by the pros in the Tour de France. "Tour de Caroline" is going strong! Add your mileage to the tracking boards in the cycle studio.

Our Big Splash Pool Bash made such a splash that we completely dropped the ball… er, beach ball… and forgot to take pictures! 🌊📸

A huge wave of thanks to everyone who jumped in and helped make today one to dive into the memory books!

We had a whale of a time diving for duckies, making a splash with cannonballs, and going with the flow through all the fun.

The belly flops were absolutely making waves, the juice boxes kept everyone afloat, and the hot dogs reel-y hit the spot.

Our whale races had everyone swimming in laughter, and the smiles were shore hard to miss.

Thanks for helping us soak up an unforgettable afternoon, we’re already counting down the tide until our next chance to make a splash together! 💙☀️🐳
