Just a gentle PSA:
If one more person tells you “this is the happiest time of your life” while you’re surviving on 90 minutes of sleep and crumbs you found in the couch… you are allowed to scream internally. Or externally. We don’t judge.

Postpartum is not just baby snuggles and neutral-colored nurseries.

It’s hormones doing parkour. 🧠

It’s loving your baby and missing your old life at the same time. 😩

It’s wondering if you’re broken because nobody warned you it could feel like this. 💔

✨ You are not broken. You are postpartum. ✨

So join us for our next rendition of our Postpartum Support Group for people who are tired of being told to “be grateful” instead of being supported.
