Earlier this week, SAVE22 President Albert Woodin and Advocate John Wagner joined the Marine Corps League Detachment 1432 out of Little River, SC at the Little River VFW for a discussion around the work SAVE22 is doing in the local community and beyond. We are very appreciative of the work of this group along with John as they identify additional ways for SAVE22 to make impacts across the local veteran and first responder communities. Stay tuned for future impact missions!

We are excited to be back at the track this weekend at Toledo Speedway with Carson Brown Motorsports for his ARCA Menards Series Race! In partnership with CBM and Pinnacle Racing Group, we are bringing a group of veterans to the track this weekend as part of our Motorsports Diversion Therapy Program! Make sure to tune in!

I am looking forward to the ARCA Menards Series race at Toledo Speedway. Thank you to K&L Ready Mix for coming onboard the Pinnacle Racing Group #28 this weekend!

We are running fishing trips for veterans and first responders this week sponsored by the Rotary Club of Little River, SC USA in South Carolina! Today is day two of a three day run with two trips a day and different groups each time! Our mini “tournament” will be capped off with a dinner this Saturday night for the group!

We are excited to get these groups out, including an all women’s trip tomorrow courtesy of a grant from the Little River Rotary! More images to come…

Now that the news is out, we want to thank SAVE22 Founder Tom Indorf for his initial want to simply “take a hike” that led to the birth of our organization, as he steps away and into a chapter of retirement. We are grateful to Tom and ALL of our countless advocates and board members who help to push the mission forward and keep the fight alive. Our organization has been blessed with awesome and dedicated volunteers over the years and will continue under the leadership of SAVE22 President Albert Woodin as it has in recent years with Josh Link as VP of Bussiness Development and Secretary, Wendy Hooks serving as Treasurer and VP Social Media/Marketing Riley Benson. John Moser is the Motorsports Program Manager. We have many advocates who do an amazing job. Ultimately, it is our board and volunteers who make the fight possible. We will continue to honor Tom’s legacy through our hike in May, and fight for the mission to end su***de as long as the advocates and volunteers stay committed. If you are interested in stepping up to help advance the mission, we are always looking for new advocates! Lastly, thank you for all of the community support over the last 11 years, we can’t wait to see what the next 11 years bring!

We are excited to be on board with Lex Joon Nitro Racing down in Columbus this weekend! We have six veterans along for the experience of our Motorsports Therapy Diversion Program thanks to the work with Lex and his team! Ready for a big weekend!
