Everglow Project

Everglow Project The Everglow Project raises awareness for childhood cancer, supports grieving families, and hosts events benefiting DCH and cancer research.

Founded in honor of Milo & Malorie, we strive to spread hope through the darkness of childhood cancer. Our sweet Milo was just four months old when he was diagnosed with Stage 4 Malignant Rhabdoid Tumor (MRT), a rare and aggressive childhood cancer. Though his time with us was short, his impact was immeasurable. Milo carried a light within him—he radiated hope, peace, and a strength beyond his yea

rs. He bravely faced three full rounds of chemotherapy, smiling through the highs and the lows, teaching us what true courage looks like. As hard as he fought, the tumor eventually became resistant to treatment and the cancer spread. On September 23, 2021, Milo gained his angel wings. Since then, our hearts have been broken, but we’ve also been filled with a new purpose: to raise awareness and walk alongside other families facing childhood cancer, just as we did. Not long after Milo passed, we found out we were expecting our fourth child. While she was still in the womb, doctors discovered a tumor in her brain. On September 20, 2022, our precious Malorie came into the world. Once again, we were facing the unimaginable. Malorie spent four beautiful weeks with us. In that short time, she reminded us to slow down, to savor every heartbeat, every breath, every moment. She showed us the power of living with intention and grace. On October 18, 2022, she too gained her wings. Losing two of our children has changed us forever. The grief is something we carry every day but so is the love, the joy, and the lessons they left behind. Through it all, we’ve learned that even in the deepest sorrow, there is still room for hope, for light, and for healing. Our story is one of heartbreak, but also of resilience, purpose, and the unshakable belief that beauty will come from the ashes of our lives.

Facing childhood cancer is never just about the child, it’s about the whole family. In this post, we share how we supported our daughters emotionally while navigating the hardest chapter of our lives.

From hospital visits turned into playtime to driveway chalk art filled with Milo’s name, we found small ways to hold onto hope, stay connected, and show our girls they were seen and loved.

Whether you’re in this fight now or supporting someone who is, this story is for you.

What’s in our environment matters. 🌱
Recent studies suggest a possible link between certain environmental factors like pesticide exposure and childhood cancer.
Understanding the risks helps us make safer choices for the next generation. 💚

Meet the sweet and inspiring sisters behind the Everglow Project: Mia and Millie.

When their brother Milo was in the hospital, Mia drew him a rainbow and taped it to his bed so he could always see a reminder of God’s promises. Millie loves bringing everyone together to share memories and often reminds us that her siblings are having the best time in heaven with Jesus.

These two girls are turning their hardest moments into something truly beautiful, spreading hope, love, and light wherever they go. Walking through this as a family has been the most meaningful part of it all.

We’d love to see you this Saturday at Everglow’s Lemonade Stand. And if you can’t make it in person, you can still be part of it by donating through the link in our bio. 🎗️🍋

🎗️ Today, we celebrate strength. We celebrate courage. We celebrate SURVIVORS.

Childhood cancer doesn’t define them, their bravery does.
Every scar tells a story of resilience, every smile speaks louder than fear.

To the kids who fought and to those still fighting: You are heroes in every sense of the word. You remind us that HOPE is powerful and that miracles wear small shoes.

At 8 years old, most kids are learning to ride bikes, not fight cancer. Help us bring hope, funding and awareness!🎗️
