The Carroll Community Festival Queens had a wonderful time attending the Baltimore Hometown Hearts Pageant and cheering on the amazing competitors, including two of our very own Queen Mothers, Ashlee and Rita 🩷 Congrats ladies!

The Carroll Community Festival Queens had a wonderful time helping with the Easter Eggstavaganza at Shalom United Methodist Church.

Thank you Pastor Melissa for including our girls in the fun 🩷 These incredible queens have been working hard this past year to serve our community and we are excited to watch all they accomplish in the coming months!

It’s time to start getting excited 💫 Official forms launching soon!

Only ages 5 & up are required to be residents of Bloom Carroll School District 👀

New and exciting updates to our Festival Pageant forthcoming within the next few days!

Forms will also be available soon for download, via e-mail attachment, online, and at various Carroll businesses.

The new pageant location will be the Bloom-Carroll Primary School on Thursday, August 13th!

For now, mark your calendar and watch for upcoming details and obtain a form when available. Pageant Coordinator, Sarah Shumaker, will make those announcements very soon.

Welcome, Sarah Shumaker, to the Carroll Community Festival Committee! She is our new Pageant Coordinator! 👸🏼🤴

Sarah is a longtime resident of the Bloom Carroll District, a Bowling Green State University honors graduate, and an active member of the pageant community with over 12 years of experience leading the National Program for American Royal Beauties and serving on the board of Crown to Serve, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering women through education and personal development. In addition to her pageant leadership, Sarah is a realtor with Howard Hanna Real Estate Services on Home Team Ohio and is known for her community-focused approach and attention to detail. She is honored to serve as the Pageant Coordinator for the Carroll Community Festival and looks forward to supporting contestants while celebrating the values and traditions of the community. 😊

Our beautiful queens helped with Christmas in Carroll. They helped Santa pass out goodie bags to the children who came to see him. Such an amazing community event. Carroll Community Festival - Carroll, Ohio. 🎅🏼

Christmas in Canal with our Jr. Miss Carroll. It was so nice running into so many other queens. 💕

We also helped with a fundraiser for The Harbour Knoxx Peabody Foundation. Such great cause to bring awareness to all the babies lost too soon. 👼🏼🪽
