We would like to say Thank You to Royal Mountain Moonlighters for helping get open trail S83. Volunteers from NST opened & groomed S83 and multiple volunteers from Moonlighters followed right behind and groomed S83. This trail got so much love, it's in great shape. Team work at its finest. When clubs work together, we THRIVE together!

It has been brought to our attention third hand that we have an extremely upset land owner in the area of the trail the goes towards the Ephratah Rod and Gun club. Apparently every night for the last week someone with an extremely load snowmobile who loves to hear it has been ripping past their house and the land owner is over it. The most likely end result is that this trail will be shut down and we won’t be spending the time to find a re route this year. We just don’t have the time or the man power. If you don’t want that to happen I suggest you share this post so the person hopefully sees it and if you know who they are say something to them. Load exhaust and empty beer cans on the ground is 9 times out of 10 the reason trails get shut down. People like to complain about the condition of the trail systems but we spend more time trying to replace trails then we do repairing them.
