Founded in 1973, SITE (Society for Incentive Travel Excellence) is a professional association of 2,500 global members located in 90 countries, working in corporations, agencies, airlines, cruise companies, and across the entire destination supply chain. Our Northern California ch

apter includes members from San Francisco, San Jose, Silicon Valley, Sacramento, Napa and Sonoma Valley Wine Country, Monterey, Carmel, Fresno, and beyond. We bring value to our members at both a global and local chapter level by providing networking, online resources, education, certification, and advocacy. SITE is deeply committed to the new generation and operates a best-in-class Young Leaders program and dedicated annual conference.

This June, SITE Northern California launches something new… starting in Napa. 🍷

Our inaugural SITE Signature event is built for connection: long-table conversations, shared experiences, and time to actually connect in a setting that reminds us why place matters.

We are bringing planners and partners together for two days at Silverado Resort for a welcome reception, curated regional experiences, a community-minded CSR component, and an al fresco dinner designed to slow things down and bring people together over something simple and universal: a meal.

We did it again. 🤍❤️

Last year, receiving SITE’s Rising Star Chapter Excellence Award marked an incredible milestone for our newly relaunched chapter. This year, being honored with the 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 feels just as meaningful, because it represents something even bigger: community.
