Happy Sunday from Seth and his friends and family at Camp Tails!
Seth was born in the rescue pipeline when his mom Evie (previous post) was saved from being shipped to slaughter. Seth will only know a life of kindness and love. He is a happy one year old and brings smiles to everyone he encounters😁.

Evie's story is one of courage and resilience. This 10-year-old donkey was rescued from a kill pen in Texas after enduring the harsh equine auction system. Malnourished and pregnant, Evie witnessed her bonded pair being tortured and shot in front of her. Initially, she was fearful and shut down, but with time, she's learning to trust humans at the sanctuary. Evie has now found her forever home at Camp Tails, where she'll be cherished and protected for the rest of her life.

This handsome guy, Joaquin, is Josie’s bonded pair. Donkeys form life long, inseparable bonds with another donkey regardless of age or s*x. Josie is definitely the boss in this relationship but what a beautiful partnership they have created together. tail has a tale to tell, sanctuary, rescue, love
