The Troop was invited to the Des Moines Chapter of the Izzac Walton League to do the flag ceremony. We are always honored to be asked and included in events hosted by the Izzac Walton League. Tonight they shared some great information on CarpFest which is held on June 6 this year, at Gray’s Lake. Thank you to The Izzac Walton League for the invitation!

Duty to Country

Today Scouts helped honor those who died in service of our country by placing flags at the Carlisle Cemetery for Memorial Day. We joined with The Carlisle Chapter of the American Legion to place the flags. The Scouts are always honored to be invited to participate in helping to honor those fallen in service.
