MEN OF NORTHEAST ARKANSAS:

Restore-Renew is preparing to host a free Men’s Trauma Support Group in Paragould.

This will not be a place where anyone is pressured to share more than they are comfortable sharing. It will be a confidential, judgment-free place for men to connect, learn healthy coping skills, and realize they are not alone.

We are currently choosing the best meeting time:

A—Tuesday evening
B—Saturday morning

You can comment A or B, or privately message our page if you would rather not respond publicly. Even if you’re only interested in learning more, send us a message. There is no commitment required. 🦋

👥 Men’s Trauma Support Group – Paragould AR.
We are going to be hosting a Men’s Trauma Support Group in Paragould focused on connection, building healthy coping skills, and supporting one another in a safe, judgment-free environment.

If you’re interested in attending, let us know in the comments or send us a private message. We’re trying to get a head count as we finalize dates, times, and location.

Sometimes the best conversations happen when someone simply asks, “How are you… really?”

So here’s our question for today.

💙 What’s one piece of advice, a habit, or a mindset that has helped you through a tough time?

It doesn’t have to be anything profound. Maybe it’s taking a walk, talking to someone you trust, listening to music, spending time with family, getting outside, or just taking life one day at a time.

Share it in the comments. Your words might be exactly what someone else needs to hear today.

At Restore-Renew, we believe healing isn’t something we have to do alone, and sometimes the smallest conversations can make the biggest difference. Let’s encourage each other today.

🦋 We’re Still Here… and We’ve Been Busy! 🦋

It’s been a little while since our last post, but we wanted to check in and let everyone know that Restore Renew is still here! We’ve been working behind the scenes on some exciting things to help us continue growing and serving our community. Not all of the work happens where everyone can see it, but we’re making progress every day.

Now we’d love to hear from you!

One of the next things we’re looking at is starting a Men’s Trauma Support Group. We know there are a lot of men who keep things bottled up, and we want to provide a safe place where they can talk, support one another, and realize they’re not alone.

We’re also considering online support groups for those who can’t make it in person. Would that be something you’d be interested in? We’d really appreciate your feedback.

We’re also open to ideas for other support groups. Is there a group you think our community needs? Veterans? Caregivers? Parents? First responders? Couples? Let us know in the comments. Your feedback will help us build groups that truly meet the needs of our community.

🎨 Don’t forget about our Color Run coming up on September 26! Registration is open, and the sign-up link is pinned at the top of our page. We’d love to see you there as we come together to support mental health awareness and trauma recovery.

🇺🇸 Happy 4th of July from all of us at Restore-Renew! 🇺🇸

Today we’re thankful for the freedoms we enjoy, the men and women who have sacrificed to protect them, and the blessings God has given our nation. As you celebrate with family and friends, we pray you have a safe, joyful, and peaceful Independence Day.
