We were finally able to meet up with Angel today to give her the gift basket she won! Thank you all for your continued support. It was so great to meet you Angel. I hope we are able to talk more at our next support group!

When we talk about using coping skills to heal and move forward after trauma, it can look very different for each individual. One of my personal favorite coping skills includes art. Art comes in many different forms. Tonight we had the pleasure of enjoying a performance by Act II Performance Arts of The Wizard of Oz. They did a spectacular job! This is a great way for them to give back to our community! The performing arts has helped me so much in my past. I know it will help my daughter as she moves forward. And it can be beneficial to you too, even if it just by watching the performance.

Registration is officially OPEN for Restore-Renew’s first annual “Colors of Resilience” 5K Color Run happening September 26th at Craighead Forest Park in Jonesboro, AR!

We are excited to bring the community together for an unforgettable day filled with color, fun, encouragement, music, and support for an amazing cause. This is more than just a run — it’s a chance for our community to come together and support trauma awareness and healing.

As we get closer to the event, we’ll also be working with local radio stations and news outlets to help spread the word and make this an incredible event for everyone involved.
