You have heard of neuroplasticity, right? No matter what age, profession, or stage in life you are in, learn the top pillars of brain health and the best practices to enhance your cognitive, physical, social, and mental wellbeing for optimal functioning.
Amanda believes every person should have the opportunity to actualize their full potential and to live life to the fullest. Every day she aims to inspire and be inspired.
Previous workshop topics that Amanda has presented include Neurodiversity; ADHD; Executive Functioning; Sensory Sensitivities; and more. She enjoys the outdoors, hiking and camping, dancing, rock climbing, playing beach volleyball, traveling, and being a foodie.
