BRINGING LEADERSHIP TO THE COMMUNITY

We are a registered non profit organisation with a team of volunteers with unique backgrounds who have come together to support other women and girls with different challenges in our communities and from disadvantaged backgrounds, to give support in anyway we can.

We assist adolescent girls with sanitary towels and menstrual hygiene management skills and risk awareness of HIV&AIDS among in-school and out. By using the promotion and distribution of sanitary towels as an entry point for engagement on wider issues related to menstrual hygiene and reproductive health, the project will also demonstrate how opportunities for contact with girls and communities on a specific issue can also be used to promote and develop wider action on issues that affect girls health status, access to quality education and the achievement of better education outcomes and will identify appropriate strategies for doing so.

Mission Statement

We make hearts smile by strengthen each other through leadership, power, and motivation. We are the voices of girls and women from marginalized and undermined communities. We rally with girls and women to a common purpose and the character which inspires confidence in overcoming life challenges. We educate and empower girls and women with the skills and confidence necessary to face life and create a healthy lifestyle, and regain a purpose in life, nothing is as important as taking up space and cementing yourself.

Vision Statement

We envision a world in which all girls and women, regardless of race, ethnicity, income level or social status, are nurtured and empowered to reach their fullest potential. We envision a world with strong women who will build strong communities and nations by raising a person's performance to a higher standard, building personalities beyond limitations. We never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, concerned citizens can change the world through leadership that lifts a person's vision to high sights.

Target Population

Girls and women of different ages, race, color, ethnicity, beliefs in our surrounding communities.

Model

Coordination and provision of all services, programs, and activities through partnerships with schools, churches, and other charity organizations in the community, all school-based mentoring services are provided at schools during school hours. Workshops and meetings with the women during weekend
