Vendor placement have been emailed out, here is what everyone should have received! Please check your email!!
Hello everyone!
I hope you all are ready for Pride In The Park 2026. Attached is the Park Vendor Map and the second attachment is the Vendor Placement List. Your placement number goes with the first row, second row, third row or top row. I hope it is easy to understand.
Setup will begin at 7:30 am. I will be there with the vendor placement list to help you find your place. As I mention in the confirmation email, it is the vendor's responsibility to bring their own table, chairs, tent, etc. Canopy tent is recommended since a lot of the park is not shaded. There is very, very limited access to electric if need. Vendors must provide their own extension cords and make sure they are not a trip hazard. We also ask all vendors to please help keep the park clean. During and after the event please make sure trash is all picked up around your area.
I have had many ask about the weather. As for now we are planning this as Rain or Shine. We will keep a close watch and if it looks like it is going to get bad, I will try to send an email as well as post on Pride Cape LLC page. If you do not follow or are friends with our page, please try to find it and join. It will be the easiest place to post a notice if things change.
If anyone has any questions, just let me know and I will try my best to answer them.
