The Crafty Ladies have worked all summer on our Fall project. We decided to make pumpkins on canvas boards that have an easel attached, so that they can stand on a shelf or table. We also were preparing for our crafting event yesterday at the Hearts and Homes for Veterans.
Our mission is to put a smile on every face, and I believe we accomplished our mission. Our purpose is to bring Hope, Joy, and Peace to every individual. We are fulfilling not a material need, but an emotional need. By bringing the veteran’s together to spend time, they also can engage with one another and find companionship. Thank you to Jessica and Rebecca for organizing this event. It was a very heartwarming experience for all of us. Also, thank you to all the Crafty Ladies who took time out of their day to participate. A big Thank You to Amy McGarry’s Law Office for allowing your employees to help.
Attached are some pictures and videos.

Happy 4th of July from the Crafty Ladies!! We felt this was a very special year celebrating the 250th Birthday of America! We wanted to craft something very special for each group.
The Crafty Ladies were busy through the month of June making flags for our Hearts and Homes Veterans, our Disabled Veterans, and we made flags with the veterans at the VA center. We also made boards to hang with the sheet music from “God Bless America”. We mod podged and decorated the boards.
We also made 4th of July bags for the Bridge and Beyond foster children. We put patriotic sunglasses, tattoos, a flag pin with a message, poppers, etc. in the bags. We also donated 13 brand new Bibles for the children, along with bracelets made by Carolyn one of our Crafty Ladies.
You can see on our delivery photos we met our mission of putting smiles on faces. I’m sure there were a lot more when they received their gifts!!

And finally, to end 2025 the Crafty Ladies sponsored a dinner for the Hope 4 Kids foster children. We want to make every child’s Christmas a great one. We bought gifts for them along with some monetary donations. We enjoyed a potluck dinner, and time to just relax and celebrate the Christmas season.
Here are some of your Crafty Ladies!!
We would like to invite anyone that would enjoy crafting with us. We meet every Tuesday. If you would like to join us please leave a message in the comments and I will get to you. Also, we are always in need of supplies. If you would like to make a donation to us we would be so thankful. We are a 501C3 nonprofit business.

For the Cypress Cove retirement center, and the Aviata rehabilitation center we made mug rugs. Our talented quilters Linda E. and Linda U. instructed us on how to cut fabric, and then quilt them to make coasters for their Christmas mugs. We included Christmas tea, a bookmark, and a candy cane.
Our last project was a Christmas swag for our disabled veterans. We put lights and Christmas ornaments on each swag with a pretty Christmas bow.
Everyone once again had a smile on their face!!

Where have the Crafty Ladies been?!!! We have been organizing and planning!
Let’s get caught up. December of 2025 was memorable. We decided to make patriotic Christmas trees for our Hearts and Homes Veterans. We also decided to decorate trees with the veterans. What a wonderful time we had. The veterans that decorated trees with us got to take their trees home with them. The Crafty Ladies met the following Tuesday to finish decorating the rest of the trees. We ended up decorating 150 trees! Truly put a smile on every face!!!

Good Morning!
The Crafty Ladies have been very busy crafting to complete gufts for fall and Christmas. We are making 600 gifts for each holiday for Veterans, Disabled Veterans, Retirement Centers, and Foster Children. We are a 501C3 Nonprofit business. Supplies are becoming quite costly. Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
