The Northeast Region Cadet Advisory Council discusses topics from Wing Cadet Advisory Councils while making recommendations to the Northeast Region Commander and National Cadet Advisory Council for changes in Civil Air Patrol policies. The Council also passes information up and down the Chain of Command while assisting the NCAC in developing recommendations for the
National Commander and HQ CAP. T

he Northeast Region Cadet Advisory Council is staffed by the Chairman, the Chairman's Assistant, Vice-Chairman, Recorder, and Senior Member Adviser. The Northeast Region Cadet Advisory Council allows Wing Representatives to develop improvements to the Cadet Program as envisioned by the cadets they represent.
