The recent floods in Central Texas have been devastating.
Communities just a few hours from where I live are still searching, still recovering, still holding on.

As someone who works at the intersection of finance, sustainability, and impact — I can’t ignore that this was a climate-driven disaster. It’s one more reminder that we need systems — financial, social, and environmental — that are rooted in care, preparedness, and community resilience.
