l after school program located at the Extension Learning Farm on Route 68 in Canton! The Northwind Afterschool Program is an agriculture-focused afterschool program designed to keep children active and learning after the school day has ended. Afternoons are structured to provide time for homework, outdoors play time, and engage in interactive STEM, Wilderness Education, Nutrition, and Teambuilding activities with our trained staff. Some examples of activities that children will engage in are science experiments, learning to identify animal tracks on nature walks, growing and preparing healthy and delicious snacks , and snowshoeing. Children in the Canton school district can be bused right to the Extension Learning Farm for the program directly after school.
