Thank you for everyone who supported KICR today. It was a HOT day but that didn't deter some kids and adults alike making a difference. We raised $4,800 with more promised. We are close to the $7,000 mark for this year. Thank you to all who walked. You're making a difference in colon cancer research and you're helping a now teenage girl honor her mom. Thank you!!! Thank you! A donation was made today to KICR in Carl Hosslers name! Carl passed away unexpectedly just before thanksgiving. His family donated in his memory.

Ok friends. We have a lot of great items for our raffle. Please contact me if you have interest. The two big ones are 1) two tickets to the osu vs Cincinnati football game. 2) two tickets to a cavs game. Game to be determined by mutual agreement of winner and donor. Tickets are $5 each or 5 for $20. Need not be present to win.

Kicr had a float in Akrons saint Patrick day parade. We received 2nd place in our category. So grateful for good friends and great kids.

WOW!!!! We just received the donation that put us at our goal! $10,000 collected and we will be presenting a check to the James this Friday. For all who have given or helped in any way THANK YOU from KICR and Olivia. $22,500 to date for cancer research. Kids CAN make a difference. And all of you supporters are making a difference. Not just in dollars, but in helping a little girl heal.
