Happy Friday! I’m loving this weather and the lack of rain! I got the chicken run dried up and expanded and the girls are loving it!

So I didn’t accomplish making pasta or propagating, but I did mow the grass and I’m making peach jam in a little bit!

On a page related note, I’m doing my first trade tomorrow!

Has anyone else done any trades?

As usual, I have chicken and duck eggs and pickled eggs!

Happy Memorial Day. Many thanks to all of those who have served and those who sacrificed it all.

Looks like we may be done with the rain for a while. Good thing because my chickens are just about ready to morph into ducks!

So with the warmer weather coming up, are there outside jobs you need help with? Are you a person that does things like mowing, landscaping, detailing vehicles, gutter cleaning, power washing, etc etc? If you provide a service or are in need of a service, post away!

I worked last night so I’ll keep this short and sweet because my bed is calling my name.

I’ll share a little bit of some things I’m gonna work on this week. I have a pothos that’s getting a little leggy so I’m going to cut her up a little and do some propagation. I also have a daughter that has celiac so she eats gluten free so I’m going to attempt to make her some GF pasta this week. I got a pasta machine for my birthday and haven’t cracked the box open yet so I’m going to give it a try. I’ve made her GF pumpkin roll and she said it was great as well as some cookies.

What is something you wanna accomplish?

Welcome to another rainy day. 🤨

I want to thank everyone who has joined the page. We are at 97 people as of this morning. I think that’s awesome!

I remember watching a video one day…I don’t remember if it was on you tube or what, but this woman started with trading something like hair pins or something crazy like that and just kept trading up. She traded up for things like bicycles and vacuums and eventually ended up with a car. What is something you would like to eventually have? What is something small that you would start off trading to get that item?

Throw your thoughts out.

As usual, I have eggs. Chicken and duck and various pickled eggs.
