Night to Shine at Fremont Vineyard Church Night to Shine is an unforgettable prom night experience, centered on God's love, for people with special needs from age 14 and older.

The Tim Tebow Foundation has a great passion for people with special needs, and in 2014 the "Night to Shine" was launched. Working with churches around the country, The Tim Tebow Foundation created a prom night experience, centered on God's love, for people with special needs. Since that time, this has become a worldwide event and takes place simultaneously during Valentine's weekend. Last year, t

he Vineyard church hosted their first annual "Night to Shine" event, partnering with Starpoint. It was an "all out" event. Guests were welcomed by volunteer paparazzi upon arrival as they walked the red carpet. There were photographers to greet guests at the step and repeat, and each guest received either a boutonniere or corsage upon entering the prom. The Vineyard was beautifully decorated with the help of local artists. Limo and carriage rides were available at the event. There was a shoe shine station and a beauty salon. Guests enjoyed Karaoke in one room and a DJ in another room. Regardless of which area throughout the Vineyard church the guests found themselves, there was plenty of room for mingling, a whole lot of dancing, food and beverages, and the undeniable presence of God's love as it carried throughout this very special evening. Family and caregivers were also honored and there was a speical respite room with live music and food. The highlight of the night was the crowning ceremony. The guests received crowns and tiaras, as kings and queens of the prom. At the end of the evening, guests were encouraged to take a gift from the gift table. Various items were donated from vendors throughout our community. Also, the Tim Tebow Foundation provided parting commemorative gifts. This event is fully run by the volunteers. It was incredible to see so many individuals from our community dedicate their time and talents to this very special event. The "Night to Shine" planning committee has already begun planning for next year's event. With God's guidance, the mentorship from the Tim Tebow Foundation, and the talents and dedication from volunteers in our community, this year will be another memorable night for our honored guests.
