Dear Camden Community,
On behalf of the Camden Pop Warner Cheer Board, we would like to address several topics that have recently been discussed on social media.

Moving forward, we will make a stronger effort to publicly post our board meeting dates and times so that community members have the opportunity to attend. There will be a designated public comment period, with a 5-minute time limit per speaker.
If you are interested in filling one of the vacant board positions, please reach out to us. Interested individuals will be invited to attend an upcoming board meeting (date to be announced).
We understand there have been concerns regarding our financial situation. At this time, we are undergoing a financial investigation. Due to the nature of this process, all details must remain confidential until the investigation is complete.
For our Junior Tiny Mites, participation in competitions will be determined at the discretion of the coaches. Our goal is to help these young athletes feel comfortable and prepared before competing, as competitions can sometimes feel overwhelming at that age.
Regarding competition advancement, it is important to understand that moving beyond local competitions is never guaranteed. Last season, there were circumstances where some families were unable to attend a New Jersey competition. Based on timing and team considerations, coaches made the decision to withdraw. Due to the timing of that decision, we are unfortunately unable to advance this year.
Pricing Information:
Due to our current financial situation, our pricing structure will remain as follows:
* $300 for cheerleaders ages 6 and up
* $200 for children ages 5 and under
This includes:
* $80 for uniform items (lollies, crop tops, sneakers, and bow)
* $20 insurance fee
* $100 base registration fee
* $100 competition fee (ages 6 and up only)
Payment Options:
* $100 deposit due at sign-ups
* Remaining balance due by the first practice (as early as July 15, depending on the season start date)
Sibling Discounts:
* $50 off for 2 cheerleaders
* $75 off for 3 cheerleaders
* Additional discounts may be discussed at sign-ups for larger families
Parents also have the option to purchase uniform items independently. If you choose to do so, you will be required to sign a form at registration and must purchase the correct items by August 1. This option will deduct $80 from your registration fee. If items do not meet requirements, they will need to be ordered through the organization.
We are also actively looking for coaches for our season. Please reach out to this page if you interested in coaching.
